Job summary

JLL in Warsaw is seeking a Global Digital Transformation Lead to drive our digital evolution. You will lead a cross‑functional team of project managers, collaborate with IT, operations, finance, and marketing, and manage the end-to-end delivery of the digital transformation roadmap.

This hands-on role requires strong PM experience in a global setting, knowledge of AI, data analytics, and automation, and the ability to turn strategy into actionable projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience managing complex, technology‑focused projects in a global or matrixed organization.
• Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience with collaboration and PM tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the global digital transformation roadmap delivery from planning to execution.
• Lead end-to-end regional and global digital transformation projects on time and budget.
• Partner with tech and business units to implement AI, analytics, and automation tools.
• Mentor and develop a team of digital project managers and transformation specialists.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, and marketing stakeholders; drive change management.
• Define KPIs and provide progress reports to leadership.
