EPAM Systems, Inc. in Wroclaw seeks a Senior/Lead QA Automation Engineer in Java to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks ensuring software quality, reliability, and performance.

You will collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps to define test strategies, implement continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines, and identify defects early in the lifecycle within an Agile Scrum environment. Office presence 3 days per week is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA automation engineering experience.
• Proficiency in BDD and Java SE 8+.
• Experience with Maven, JUnit, AssertJ, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Familiarity with JaCoCo for code coverage.
• Ability to work with legacy code and modern best practices.
• Fluent English (B2+).
• Office presence required 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and maintain automated test code and cases.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with DevOps and dev teams.
• Identify, document, and track defects and coordinate resolutions.
• Conduct performance/load testing to meet benchmarks.
• Participate in all SDLC phases to build quality in from the ground up.
• Provide QA insights during requirements and design reviews.
• Define and track quality metrics and report progress.

We are seeking a Senior/Lead QA Automation Engineer in Java to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts that ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications.This role involves close collaboration with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to define test strategies, implement continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines, and identify defects early in the development lifecycle.
