EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer to join our team in Kraków, Poland.

You will design, build, and maintain full-stack applications, including microservices and event-driven components, while leveraging AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot to boost productivity. The role requires leadership experience, strong Java and ReactJS skills, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure, especially Microsoft Azure.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of overall software development experience preferred.
• Strong candidates with 7–8 years of relevant hands-on experience will also be considered.
• 1 year or more of leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Java and full-stack development across front-end and back-end.

Responsibilities
