Job summary

KK Group is seeking a Senior Lead - Global Mobility to drive our cross-border mobility agenda, ensuring employees can work across borders compliantly and efficiently. You will blend policy expertise with hands-on case management and business partnering.

Based in Szczecin or remote, you will lead EU mobility compliance, coordinate immigration and work authorizations, advise managers and HR on international mobility, and drive continuous improvement to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of Global Mobility or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of EU PWD, A1, and social security coordination.
• Experience coordinating work permits, visas, and residence permits across Europe.
• Excellent stakeholder management and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead European mobility compliance activities with a focus on the EU Posted Workers Directive (PWD) and A1 certificates.
• Coordinate immigration, work authorization, and residence permit processes across multiple countries.
• Prepare and coordinate relevant documentation for posted worker, international assignment, and deputation cases.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, HR teams, and business leaders on international mobility matters.
• Ensure compliance with social security coordination requirements and local regulations.
• Manage mobility-related governance, reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate with external advisors, legal counsels, immigration providers, and government authorities.
• Support mobility costing, benefits administration, and budget considerations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business.
• Drive process improvements and enhance the employee mobility experience.
• Manage multiple international mobility cases simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
