Job summary

KK Wind Solutions A/S is seeking a Senior Lead - Global Mobility to manage international mobility, ensuring compliant cross-border work across EU and beyond. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on case management and business partnering.

Based in Szczecin or remote, you will lead immigration, postings, and residence permit processes, advise managers, coordinate with external partners, and drive improvements to the employee mobility experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of global mobility or corporate immigration experience.
• Strong knowledge of EU Posted Workers Directive and A1 certificates.
• Experience coordinating international work permits, visas, and residence permits.

Responsibilities

• Lead European mobility compliance activities with a focus on the EU Posted Workers Directive (PWD) and A1 certificates
• Coordinate immigration, work authorization, and residence permit processes across multiple countries
• Prepare and coordinate relevant documentation, where applicable, for posted worker, international assignment and deputation cases
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, HR teams, and business leaders on international mobility matters
• Ensure compliance with social security coordination requirements and local regulations
• Manage mobility-related governance, reporting, and documentation
• Coordinate with external advisors, legal counsels, immigration providers, and government authorities
• Support mobility costing, benefits administration, and budget considerations
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business
• Drive process improvements and continuously enhance the employee mobility experience
• Manage multiple international mobility cases simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and compliance

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Global Mobility, Corporate Immigration, International HR, or a related discipline
• Strong knowledge of the EU Posted Workers Directive, A1 certificates, and European social security coordination
  Experience coordinating international work permits, visas, and residence permit processes
• Strong understanding of mobility compliance and regulatory requirements across Europe
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• High attention to detail and a risk-aware, solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills with the ability to advise and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Commercial awareness and operational ownership
• Excellent written and spoken English
  

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

• Knowledge of mobility-related tax, payroll, labour law, relocation, and assignment benefits
• Experience supporting project-based, engineering, field service, or technician populations
• Experience using mobility management tools and compliance trackers
