Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in fast-paced operations environments.
• Career progression and increasing responsibility demonstrated.
• Experience in tech-oriented or startup settings.
• Ability to design and improve operating systems and processes.
• Strong financial understanding including budgets and profitability.
• Fluent English (C1 or higher); German or Polish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive performance across cost, speed, quality, and scalability.
• Design, optimize, and implement processes, workflows, automations, and software solutions.
• Manage, coach, and develop Design, Warehouse, Assembly, and Service Coordination teams.
• Define and track operational KPIs; use data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Own budgets and financial performance; improve profitability and resource use.
• Drive strategic initiatives to support long-term growth and scalability.
• Identify bottlenecks and build practical, scalable solutions.
• Lead AI-native workflows and automation initiatives to modernize operations.
• Partner with leadership to foster a high-performance culture focused on ownership.
