Job summary

Westwing, Europes premium home decor brand, seeks a hands-on Last Mile Logistics Lead Southern Europe to own end-to-end delivery and returns across the region. You will manage carrier performance, optimize rate architecture, and lead one regional Coordinator while partnering with Customer Care to improve customer experience.

Based in Robakowo, the role requires field presence, data-driven automation using AI, and a mindset for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in last mile, transportation, or e-commerce logistics
• Recognised depth in home delivery networks and complex returns operations
• Advanced proficiency in self-served analytics (SQL, BI tools) and daily experience building AI agent workflows and task automations
• Willingness to travel 33% of time within the region to ride in delivery vans, inspect depots, and audit carrier capabilities
• Proven ability to work with Customer Care teams to drive complaint reduction, damage prevention, and NPS improvements
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership, with experience managing direct reports
• Business fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery and returns performance across the region
• Build and maintain strong carrier partnerships through tenders, rate negotiations, and SLA enforcement
• Spend one-third of time in the field conducting driver ride-alongs and depot audits
• Develop and deploy AI agents, automated workflows, and SQL data models
• Collaborate with Customer Care to establish joint Voice of the Customer routines and KPIs
• Lead and develop the Last Mile Coordinator with focus on high-value human exception management
• Drive network innovations including PUDO networks and sustainable delivery
