Westwing, Europe’s #1 in Beautiful Living e-commerce, seeks a Senior Last Mile Manager Southern Europe to own regional delivery and returns operations from Robakowo. You will manage carriers, tender processes, and SLA enforcement while building AI-driven workflows and data models.

Field leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential. You will travel ~33% of the time across the region to inspect depots, audit carriers, and drive continuous improvement, partnering with Customer Care

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in last mile, transportation, or e-commerce logistics.
Experience managing direct carrier relationships and commercial tenders.
Ability to build AI agent workflows and automate tasks.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery and returns performance across the region.
Lead carrier partnerships, rate cards, SLA enforcement and data reviews.
Spend ~1/3 of time in the field conducting on-site audits and ride-alongs.
Develop and deploy self-built AI agents and automated workflows.
Collaborate with Customer Care to align KPIs and taxonomies.
Lead and develop one Last Mile Coordinator, focusing on high-value tasks.
Drive network innovations including PUDO, low-emission delivery, and reverse logistics.
