Job summary

Westwing is seeking a Last Mile Operations Manager - Nordics to own end-to-end delivery and returns in the region, lead a regional Coordinator, and partner with Customer Care. You will build data models and automate workflows with AI to drive continuous improvement in a hands-on, field-first role.

Based in Robakowo, this permanent position requires 5+ years in last mile/logistics, strong analytics (SQL, BI tools), and willingness to travel ~33% to inspect depots and support carrier performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in last mile, transportation, or ecommerce logistics.
• Experience managing carrier relationships and commercial tenders.
• Experience building AI agent workflows and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery and returns performance across the region to ensure a premium customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong carrier partnerships through tenders, rate cards, SLA enforcement, and data-driven reviews.
• Spend ~33% in the field conducting driver ride-alongs, auditing hubs, and investigating root causes on-site.
• Develop and deploy self-built AI agents, automated workflows, and SQL data models for tracking, invoicing, and alerts.
• Partner with Customer Care to establish Voice of the Customer routines and shared KPIs.
• Lead and develop one Last Mile Coordinator and focus on high-value exception management.
• Drive network innovations including PUDO, white-glove services, low-emission delivery, and reverse logistics.
