You will sanitize content and support KM activities to ensure accurate, up‑to‑date assets for consultants and sector teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in knowledge management or related roles.
• Strong business-level English communication.
• Experience with PowerPoint, SharePoint, and knowledge environments.
• High attention to detail and quality mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple requests independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for knowledge support for the Financial Services and Telco, Media and Technology sectors.
• Assist consultants in navigating KM processes and tools (e.g., SharePoint, ChatGPT-based KM solutions).
• Own and maintain knowledge products with hygiene, version control, and relevance.
• Identify knowledge gaps and contribute to knowledge maps and content.
• Collaborate with sector teams and KM colleagues to improve findability, usability, and adoption of knowledge assets.
• Support sanitization and quality assurance of materials.
