Simon-Kucher in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Global Senior ESG Manager – Engagement & Partnerships to lead our global ESG engagement ecosystem, pro‑bono portfolio, and external partnerships. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years in ESG, 3 years of global program management, strong ESG knowledge, and excellent English; advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills are required.

We offer a gross monthly base salary from 18,000 to 23,000 PLN, a remote work allowance, and an annual bonus, with flexible

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
At least 6 years of ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, or social impact experience.
At least 3 years of experience independently managing global or multi-country ESG programs or partnerships.
Strong understanding of ESG principles and reporting frameworks.
Experience collaborating with nonprofits, foundations, or impact-focused partners.

Responsabilités

Lead and develop Simon-Kucher’s global ESG engagement ecosystem and Captains network.
Own and develop the global pro-bono portfolio, governance, and reporting.
Build strategic relationships with nonprofits, social enterprises, foundations, and other partners.
Design global employee engagement initiatives to raise ESG awareness and participation.
Plan and execute global ESG events and campaigns, including Impact Week.
Track and evaluate engagement KPIs and program impact.
Contribute data and insights to annual ESG reporting.
Lead strategic ESG projects from concept to implementation.
