Job summary

Simon-Kucher is seeking a (Senior) Director AI Engineering in Poland to shape the strategic direction of our AI Engineering practice and lead large-scale AI transformation programs for global clients. You will blend commercial leadership with technical depth to build scalable AI capabilities and innovative offerings.

This role can be performed fully remotely within Poland. You will collaborate with executives, partners, and multidisciplinary teams, drive AI adoption at scale, and grow client

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or Applied AI.
• University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong AI expertise with commercial experience across pricing, sales, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI strategies, operating models, and AI roadmaps for global clients.
• Advise executives on Agentic AI, Generative AI and enterprise architecture.
• Lead multiple AI transformation programs delivering complex engagements.
• Grow long-term client relationships and expand AI engagements.
