Job summary

Simon-Kucher is seeking an IT Project Management Consultant in Poland. This role is offered in a hybrid or fully remote setup, with responsibility for managing IT projects and advising cross-functional teams.

You should have 5+ years of experience in planning and controlling both traditional and agile projects, including external vendors, in a global environment. EU work permit is required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Completed training or degree in Project Management or comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience planning, managing and controlling classic and agile projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control IT-related business projects and resources.
• Provide advisory support to stakeholders and drive problem-solving.
• Contribute to creation and oversight of technical concepts and solution designs.
• Apply understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise applications across complex environments.
• Foster cross-functional coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
