LanceSoft Europe is seeking a Senior Java Backend Engineer to join a Warsaw‑based team working on scalable data‑driven applications with GenAI and agentic AI focus. The role focuses on hands‑on Java backend development using Spring Boot and microservices, with opportunities to work on GenAI/LLM projects.

You will contribute to production code, own technical decisions, and engage with stakeholders on data solutions and large‑scale processing. Warsaw-based hybrid role with 3–4 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with Java development.
• Spring Boot and Microservices expertise.
• Proven production‑quality code delivery.
• Experience taking ownership of technical decisions.
• Background in large‑scale data processing or distributed systems.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Experience building GenAI/LLM or agentic AI applications.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph or similar LLM frameworks.
• Strong communication with users/stakeholders.
