Job summary

The role requires strong Java/Spring Boot experience, REST API design skills, and collaboration with跨-functional teams. Hybrid work model with three in-office days in Kraków, Wrocław, or Gdańsk, Poland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development with a strong Java backend focus.
• Hands-on Spring Boot production-grade experience.
• Experience with AI Agents development or LLM integration.
• Experience with REST APIs following industry best practices.
• Proficiency in English (B2+) for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and agentic systems built on Java/Spring Boot backends.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise-grade applications for reliability and scalability.
• Architect autonomous AI agent workflows capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks.
• Build RESTful APIs to interface AI components with broader ecosystems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to productionize AI concepts.
