Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Warsaw technology team. You will work on React-based frontends and Java Spring Boot backends within a microservices架构, deploying in cloud environments.

You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications, while integrating GenAI/LMM solutions and driving CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of software development experience.
• Strong React and Java Spring Boot expertise.
• Experience with microservices and REST APIs.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes).
• GenAI/LMM integration and LLMOps familiarity.
• Excellent communication in English; Bachelor's/Master's degree in CS/IT.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop reusable frontend components with React.
• Deploy and manage apps on cloud environments.
• Implement secure, high-performance backend services.
• Collaborate with product owners and QA.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and architecture reviews.
• Integrate GenAI models with LLMOps for lifecycle management.
