Job summary

Exerizon is hiring a Software Engineer to build agent-facing services for its AI orchestration platform. You will own features end-to-end, work with client teams, and ship under client deadlines in a remote-first setup with occasional on-site in Warsaw.

You should be proficient in Java 25 and Spring Boot, have hands-on AI/LLM experience, and a strong sense of architecture and delivery. Polish fluency and professional English are required.

Qualifications

• Strong, current Java experience (Java 25) and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on AI/LLM engineering with production-grade work.
• Ability to read a messy system, propose clean boundaries, and defend trade-offs.
• Proven delivery of production features under real deadlines.
• Infrastructure literacy: CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes basics.
• Fluent Polish for client engagements and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Build Java/Spring Boot services for AI agents in production.
• Own features end to end from design to production with client teams.
• Apply architectural patterns and defend trade-offs in a fast-moving codebase.
• Design integration points between the platform's agent layer and client systems.
• Operate deployments within CI/CD and Kubernetes-based setup.
