Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland seeks a Senior AI & Platform Integration Engineer to lead the development of an AI-assisted Migration Framework. You will build AI agents, design deployment orchestration, and integrate with Jenkins, Tekton, ArgoCD in a Sovereign Cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience with modular, asynchronous code.
• Experience in AI-agent workflow development, including LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on configuring Kubernetes-native CI/CD tools.
• Strong unit and integration testing coverage.
• Proven ability to integrate disparate tools and microservices.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex or OpenAI APIs.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Tekton, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Helm, YAML).
• Understanding of observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop core AI agent modules, including Migration Agent for artifact conversion and deployment tagging.
• Build pre-deployment validation module for automated config checks.
• Design deployment orchestration to manage sequencing logic.
• Create post-deployment verification to assist operators.
• Integrate AI agents with SCS toolchain (Jenkins, Tekton, ArgoCD).
• Write audit logs linking agent decisions to monitoring stack.
• Maintain high code quality with unit, integration, and E2E tests (min 80% coverage).
• Produce technical runbooks and operational guides.
• Support knowledge transfer to operations team.
