Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ITSM consultant to drive process optimization across core ITIL areas. The role requires 5+ years in ITSM within regulated industries, strong ITIL knowledge, and proven stakeholder engagement, with duties spanning consulting, interface management, and continuous improvement.

Based in Poland, you will work with top clients in a mature service environment, support ITIL best practices, and contribute to governance through SLA/KPI reporting and targeted training

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven ITSM experience, preferably in regulated industries such as finance or banking.
• In-depth ITIL framework knowledge and practical process landscape experience.
• Experience in IT process management with continuous improvement and optimization.
• Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across senior stakeholders.
• Business-fluent German (C-level) and fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and continuous improvement of ITSM processes across core ITIL areas.
• Identify weaknesses and develop sustainable improvement measures with relevant departments.
• Interface between operations, service owners, and management stakeholders.
• Support introduction and operationalization of ITIL best practices in live environments.
• Establish and maintain SLA/KPI reporting for governance and optimization.
• Design and deliver workshops and enablement initiatives for support and processes.
