Job summary

Sii Poland seeks an experienced ITSM consultant to optimize and implement ITIL processes across ITIL domains, focusing on regulated environments in Europe and the US. You will drive process improvements, stakeholder alignment, and governance while delivering training and enablement for support teams.

We require strong ITIL knowledge, 5+ years in ITSM, and fluency in English and German. The role is based in Poland with opportunities for impact across major financial services clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in ITSM, ideally in regulated sectors.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and process optimization experience.
• Clear communication across senior stakeholders in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Consult, analyse, and continuously improve ITSM processes across ITIL areas.
• Identify weaknesses and design sustainable improvements with stakeholders.
• Interface between operations, service owners, and management.
• Support ITIL best practices in live environments and governance.
• Deliver SLA/KPI reporting and enable ongoing optimization.
• Design workshops and enablement sessions for support teams.
