Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ITSM consultant to optimize and standardize ITIL processes across our financial services projects in Europe. You will lead process improvements, facilitate workshops, and align IT services with business goals.

The role requires strong ITSM knowledge, German and English language proficiency, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a regulated industry. Based in Warsaw, Poland, with a focus on delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven ITSM experience in regulated industries.
• In-depth understanding of ITIL framework and processes.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across stakeholder levels.
• Business-fluent English; German at C-level preferred.
• Degree in Information Technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and continuous improvement of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Change Enablement).
• Identify weaknesses and develop sustainable improvement measures with stakeholders.
• Act as interface between operations, service owners, and management.
• Support adoption of ITIL best practices in live environments.
• Establish and maintain SLA/KPI reporting for governance.
