Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ITSM consultant to join our ServiceNow Competency Center in Poland. You will advise on ITIL-based process optimization across Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management within regulated financial environments.

You will lead workshops, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with operations, service owners, and management. Fluent German (C-level) and English are required, and residency in Poland is a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ITSM experience, ideally in regulated financial services sectors.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and practical experience applying its processes.
• Experience in IT process management with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and facilitation across stakeholders, including senior management.
• Business-fluent German (C-level) and fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Structured, self-driven, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong teamwork and customer focus.
• Resident in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and continuous improvement of ITSM processes across core ITIL areas.
• Identify process weaknesses and develop sustainable improvements with relevant departments.
• Act as interface between operations, service owners and management.
• Support introduction of ITIL best practices in live environments.
• Establish and maintain SLA and KPI reporting for governance and optimization.
• Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and enablement initiatives for support and process teams.
