Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ITSM consultant to optimize ITIL processes across Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request and Change Enablement, collaborating with client teams to improve service quality.

You will lead workshops, deliver training, enable process adoption, and establish SLA/KPI reporting to drive governance and continuous improvement. German and English fluency plus Poland residency are required; both on-site and hybrid options may be available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional ITSM experience, preferably in regulated industries.
• In-depth ITIL framework knowledge and practical process application.
• Experience in IT process management with continuous improvement.
• Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and facilitation across senior stakeholders.
• Business-fluent German (C-level) and fluent English both written and spoken.
• Poland residency is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and continuous improvement of ITSM processes across ITIL areas.
• Identify weaknesses and develop sustainable improvements with relevant departments.
• Interface between operations, service owners, and management.
• Support implementation of ITIL best practices in live environments.
• Establish and maintain SLA and KPI reporting for governance.
• Design and deliver workshops, training, and enablement initiatives.
