Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ITSM consultant to help clients optimize and implement ITIL-based processes across Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Enablement areas. The role emphasizes pragmatic, hands-on delivery in regulated financial services environments.

You will partner with operations, service owners, and management to define improvements, establish SLA/KPI reporting, and deliver workshops and enablement programs. Residency in Poland is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years ITSM experience in regulated industries.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and practical application.
• Excellent communication across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Consult and continuously improve ITSM processes across ITIL areas.
• Identify process weaknesses and develop sustainable improvements.
• Interface between operations, service owners, and management.
• Support adoption of ITIL practices in live environments.
• Establish and maintain SLA/KPI reporting for governance.
• Design and deliver workshops and enablement sessions.
