Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable solutions across ITSM modules. You will lead architecture decisions, contribute to technical offers and project estimations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust ServiceNow solutions.

English proficiency and Poland residency are required. The role focuses on ITSM/ITOM/ITAM modules, risk assessment, and architectural definition across client projects in Europe and the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow implementations experience.
• At least 2 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and products.
• Hands-on experience with at least three ServiceNow modules.
• Experience consulting on ITSM tools implementation.
• Knowledge of other ITSM/BPM tools.
• Familiar with PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Strong ITIL understanding.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, collaboration, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Resident in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform tailored to client needs.
• Supporting the creation of technical offers and project estimations.
• Defining optimal technological and architectural solutions.
• Identifying, predicting, and reporting technical risks in projects.
• Preparing documentation and presentations, including functional designs, technical specifications, and integration documentation.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable solutions.
• Supporting the definition and development of ServiceNow's service strategy.
