Job summary
Sii Poland seeks an experienced ITSM consultant to help client organizations optimize ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management across regulated industries. You will drive process improvements, report on SLA/KPI governance, and support audits within the financial services sector.
The role requires strong communication, senior stakeholder engagement, and fluency in German and English.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of ITSM experience in regulated industries.
- Deep ITIL knowledge and practical process application.
- Experience with continuous improvement and optimization of IT processes.
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide consulting and continuous improvement of ITSM processes across core ITIL areas.
- Identify weaknesses and develop sustainable improvement measures with stakeholders.
- Act as interface between operations, service owners, and management.
- Support ITIL best practices in live environments and drive governance reporting.
- Deliver workshops, training, and enablement for support and process teams.
