You will oversee budgets of £1–3 million, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive cross-functional delivery from discovery through benefits realization.

You will mentor teams, optimize delivery practices, and challenge status quo to improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in change management roles, including at least 3 years as an IT Change Project Manager.
• Experience handling high-complexity, high-impact programmes with £1–3 million budgets.
• Strong agile discipline and end-to-end project delivery experience.
