Job summary

Aviva Services Excellence Centre in Poland is seeking an experienced IT Change Project Manager to drive transformation initiatives across the insured business. You will manage budgets of £1–3 million, coordinate cross-functional teams, and work with senior stakeholders to define objectives and deliverables.

You should have at least 5 years in change management, with 3+ years in IT change projects, and a strong Agile background. The role offers a hybrid work model with office presence in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in change management roles, including 3+ years as IT Change Project Manager.
• Experience handling high-complexity projects with budgets from £1–3 million.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders up to CIO level.
• Strong risk and dependency management skills.
• Experience with financial services/insurance domain is a plus.
