Jit is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead technology transformation initiatives in a complex enterprise setting, including banking or other regulated industries. You will drive governance, risk control and delivery across diverse technology teams in a hybrid Poland-based role.

You will work with application owners, infrastructure teams, security, risk and external vendors, ensuring alignment with standards and regulatory requirements while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing large IT or technology transformation projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex initiatives with multiple technology teams.
• Strong governance, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting.
• Experience with significant organizational complexity and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments: apps, infra, service management.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology transformation initiatives from initiation through implementation and transition to BAU.
• Drive delivery across multiple stakeholder groups including owners, infrastructure, architects, operations, cyber security, risk, compliance and vendors.
• Establish and maintain project governance to align with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, financials and resources for successful execution.
• Coordinate delivery of remediation, resilience, service management and improvement initiatives across large-scale environments.
• Facilitate decision-making and alignment in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality reporting and communication to senior management and governance forums.
• Support solutions that improve resilience, lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.
