Job summary

Solid Company in Poland is seeking a Senior IT Transformation Lead to drive cross-functional technology initiatives from inception to business as usual. You will coordinate across application owners, infrastructure, architecture, operations, cybersecurity, risk, compliance and external vendors to deliver complex programs.

The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management and the ability to turn regulatory and risk requirements into practical delivery plans.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years managing large-scale IT or technology transformation projects.
• Track record delivering complex initiatives across technology teams, infrastructure platforms and application owners.
• Strong project governance, risk and dependency management, financial control and executive reporting experience.
• Experience managing organisational complexity and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT, applications, infrastructure, service management and operations.
• Experience with technology lifecycle or application portfolio management, software remediation or technical debt reduction.
• Knowledge of ITSM principles and operating models; experience driving change across application, infrastructure and platform teams.
• Regulated-environment experience, preferably financial services; knowledge of technology risk, operational resilience and governance.
• Ability to turn regulatory and risk requirements into practical delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication, including presenting to senior leaders; able to resolve conflicts and build alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology transformation initiatives from initiation through implementation and transition to BAU.
• Coordinate delivery across application owners, infrastructure, architecture, operations, cybersecurity, risk, compliance and external vendors.
• Establish and maintain project governance aligned with organisational standards, regulatory requirements and delivery frameworks.
• Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, financials and resource plans.
• Coordinate technical remediation, resilience, service management and operational improvement initiatives in large enterprise environments.
• Facilitate decision-making and stakeholder alignment in a complex matrix organisation.
• Report and communicate to senior management, steering committees and governance forums.
• Support solutions that improve operational resilience, technology lifecycle management, service transparency and regulatory compliance.
