Aviva Services Excellence Centre in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead mid-to-large transformation programs in the insurance sector. You will manage budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams and mentor project delivery practices.

You will work in a hybrid model from Poland, with some days in the Warsaw office, collaborating with senior stakeholders up to CIO level and driving continuous improvement to deliver real business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in change roles, including 3 years as IT Change Project Manager.
• Ability to work under pressure and motivate project teams.
• Strong PM foundation including agile methodologies.
• Experience with senior stakeholders up to CIO level.
• Leadership and matrix management across internal and external teams.
• Excellent risk and dependency management.
• Understanding of financial services product delivery.

Responsabilités

• Managing mid-to-large transformation projects with budgets of £1–3 million.
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop business cases and delivery plans.
• Creating and maintaining project plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Managing resources, budgets, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Driving delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams across business and tech.
• Mentoring team members and promoting best PM practices.
• Challenging stakeholders to drive positive change and better outcomes.
• Building relationships with stakeholders for collaboration and decision making.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and value delivery.
