Job summary

Jit is seeking a driven project governance professional to lead Data Quality Issue Management (DQIM) governance in a hybrid Poland-based setup. You will coordinate cross-domain activities, drive backlog reduction, and provide clear leadership on issue resolution and process improvements.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, RCA proficiency, and transparent reporting. You will engage with multiple teams and senior partners, ensuring governance excellence and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and governance processes.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and domains.
• Strong backlog management, prioritization, and issue tracking skills.
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, reporting, and escalation skills.
• Ability to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the DQIM governance process and run triage boards.
• Coordinate cross-domain activities across GF, CDW, CCM, and source teams with clear accountability.
• Monitor backlog health, ticket ownership, prioritization, RCA progress, and escalations.
• Drive structural improvements including intake gates, issue clustering, RCA, closure controls, reporting, and automation opportunities.
• Provide transparent management reporting on backlog status and progress.
• Identify and elevate capacity, ownership, and dependency risks to support backlog reduction.
