Job summary

Optiveum is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager in Warsaw to lead cloud-driven delivery initiatives with a focus on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). This hybrid role requires 2-3 days in the Warsaw office, with a flexible remote component.

You will coordinate end-to-end delivery, manage timelines and dependencies, and drive risk mitigation while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement in a complex cloud transformation program.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Project Manager in complex Google Cloud transformation projects.
• Experience with containerized application portfolios in GKE.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent risk, issue, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Polish with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery execution within the GKE workstream as part of a larger enterprise program.

Senior IT Project Manager

Location: Warsaw (Hybrid, 2-3 days a week from the office)

Rate: Up to 130 PLN/h (B2B) Contracting Party: Optiveum

Optiveum is currently seeking a Senior IT Project Manager on behalf of our client. In this model, you will be deeply integrated into our client's cloud initiatives, while Optiveum acts as your dedicated recruitment partner and direct contracting party.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinating delivery execution within the Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) workstream as a vital part of a larger enterprise program.

• Planning and managing end-to-end delivery activities, including timelines, dependencies, resources, and risk mitigation.

• Monitoring and reporting on delivery progress, proactively identifying issues and escalating them to ensure predictable execution.

• Upholding rigorous project management discipline by championing a strong delivery culture.

What You Bring

• Proven, hands-on experience as a Project Manager in complex Google Cloud transformation projects.

• Practical experience working with containerized application portfolios in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

• Advanced proficiency in both English and Polish, paired with a proactive, ownership-driven, "can-do" attitude.
