Job summary

Optiveum is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager in Warsaw to lead cloud-driven delivery initiatives with a focus on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). This hybrid role requires 2-3 days in the Warsaw office, with a flexible remote component.

You will coordinate end-to-end delivery, manage timelines and dependencies, and drive risk mitigation while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement in a complex cloud transformation program.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Project Manager in complex Google Cloud transformation projects.
• Experience with containerized application portfolios in GKE.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent risk, issue, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Polish with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery execution within the GKE workstream as part of a larger enterprise program.
• Plan and manage end-to-end delivery activities: timelines, dependencies, resources, risks.
• Monitor and report delivery progress; identify issues and escalate to ensure predictable execution.
• Uphold rigorous project management discipline and drive a strong delivery culture.
