Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S), part of the Munich Re and ERGO Group, seeks an experienced Business/Systems Analyst to join its software delivery teams across European locations.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and stakeholders to elicit, analyze and validate requirements in an international setting. Fluent English and German are required, with 5+ years in software development as a BA/SA, strong communication, and experience with JIRA and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and German required.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development as a Business Analyst or System Analyst or similar role.
• Ability to collaborate with Project Manager and stakeholders across international contexts.
• Experience with end-to-end software project delivery and SDLC understanding.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and define current business processes and requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Create outcomes of business analysis with problems and opportunities for stakeholders.
• Support Project Manager in delivering plan on time and budget.
• Ensure traceability of requirements and change requests.
• Assist with business testing preparation and execution.
• Create product backlog items and tasks.
• Monitor completeness and quality of requirements.
• Collaborate with Development Team on estimations.
