Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) in Warsaw is seeking an IT System Analyst to drive analysis of development project requirements for AEM and related Group Portal applications. You will collaborate with project sponsors and managers to ensure requirements are met and issues are proactively managed.

You will help create a consistent, automated data landscape across the Munich Re Group, supporting pre-study, integration, and change projects with a strong emphasis on business value delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Engineering / IT or related field.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and translating into system solutions.
• Experience in IT project lifecycle and agile methodologies (Prince2/ PMI/ Scrum).

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements across the value chain and document system requirements.
• Collaborate with sponsors and managers to ensure needs are met and issues are managed.
• Drive toward a automated, resilient target system and data landscape for the Munich Re Group.
• Provide pre-study support, applications implementation, integration, and change projects.
• Align and prioritize demands to drive project and product backlog.
