Job summary

Jit Team in Poland is seeking an experienced Senior IT Analyst to join a downstream team within a large-scale Core Banking Transformation Program. You will gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into well-defined features and user stories, and manage the entire requirements lifecycle from stakeholder engagement through delivery.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience in enterprise environments, with strong data warehousing, data governance, and banking sector knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Data Warehouse (DWH/CDW) and reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data lineage, and data mapping practices.
• Proven experience within the banking sector, preferably in a large, complex financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into features, epics, and user stories.
• Drive requirements through the full lifecycle, from discovery to handover to development teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and other teams across the organization.
• Manage dependencies and support delivery in a complex, large-scale banking environment.
• Quickly build domain knowledge and contribute effectively within the program.
