Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to join our management team supporting core banking projects. You will collect and document requirements from business stakeholders, translate them into features or user stories, and drive handover to developers in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior IT Analyst, solid data governance and SQL experience, and a background in banking or large-scale programs with 300+ staff.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst.
• Banking sector experience, preferably in a large bank.
• Experience in large-scale programs with 300+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Collect requirements from business stakeholders.
• Document requirements as features and/or user stories.
• Drive requirements from elicitation through documentation to handover to developers.
• Work independently in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Analyze and understand complex systems and business processes.
• Support onboarding and knowledge acquisition within the Core Banking program.
