Job summary

Solid in Warszawa is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive complex banking change initiatives. You will clarify requirements, map data flows, and work with cross-functional teams to design T24 and reporting solutions.

The role requires strong SQL skills, data modeling, and excellent communication with stakeholders. You will mentor analysts, participate in workshops, and ensure clear acceptance criteria and test scenarios throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements
• Strong knowledge of banking products and data concepts
• Proficient in SQL and handling large datasets
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Experience with Jira and Confluence in delivering requirements
• Understanding of end-to-end data flows, data lineage and reporting processes
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops
• Ability to define acceptance criteria and test scenarios

Responsibilities

• Clarify, document and communicate requirements for change initiatives
• Drive initiatives with multiple stakeholders in line with target state
• Analyse business needs, systems and data models to support solution design
• Translate business needs into requirements for T24 and reporting solutions
• Analyse data flows across T24, integrations, data platforms and reporting systems
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, architects, developers and testers
• Identify upstream and downstream impacts of changes, including data lineage and controls
• Support solution design by clarifying product configuration and reporting requirements
• Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios covering standard and exception processing
• Investigate production incidents and data discrepancies across systems
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams through refinement and delivery
• Take ownership of cross-system issues until resolution is identified
• Contribute to modernization and innovation initiatives
