Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to join our Downstream Team within a major Core Banking Transformation Program.

The role focuses on gathering requirements, translating them into features and user stories, and driving the lifecycle from elicitation to handover, in a Nordic banking context. You will collaborate with business, architecture, and development teams, perform data analysis, and support data governance activities in a highly regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with CDW (Corporate Data Warehouse) and reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance and Data Mapping.
• Experience working in the banking sector, preferably within a large financial institution.
• Experience working in large-scale transformation programs involving 300+ employees.
• Strong SQL skills or experience with similar data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Drive the requirements lifecycle from elicitation through documentation to development handover.
