Job summary

Cyclad seeks an experienced Senior IT Analyst to join an international team on a large-scale Core Banking transformation program. The role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and documenting requirements, translating them into features and user stories for development teams.

You will drive the requirements process end-to-end and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure understanding and successful delivery in a hybrid model (2 days/week in the office in Gdańsk or Warszawa).

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior IT Analyst.
• Banking sector experience preferred, ideally in a large banking organization.
• Strong knowledge of statements and reporting.
• Experience in large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Fluent English and ability to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse requirements from business stakeholders
• Document requirements as features and user stories
• Drive the requirements process from collection to handover to developers
• Collaborate with developers and technical stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements
• Analyse complex environments and dependencies in a large banking program
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within a Core Banking transformation
• Understand existing systems and onboarding into the new platform
• Support transformation from legacy systems to a unified Core Banking platform
• Work on statements and reporting requirements
• Contribute to delivery of banking solutions in a complex program environment
