Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a Junior IT Analyst for the Deposits Domain within a Nordic banking environment. The role focuses on requirements analysis, data modelling and collaboration with PO/Dev teams in a SAFe Agile setup.

You will work on downstream data processing, reporting, and big data initiatives, engaging with stakeholders across international teams in a hybrid Poland-based role. Fluency in English and strong analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Proven IT Analyst or Business Analyst experience in banking.
• Strong requirements and data modelling skills.
• Experience with large and complex datasets and SQL.
