Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to lead requirements collection and documentation for core banking projects. You will drive elicitation through handover to developers, working with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.

The role emphasizes strong data governance, data mapping, and SQL querying skills, with experience in large-scale banking programs highly valued. Private medical care and ongoing consultant support are part of the offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with data warehouse/data lake (CDW) and reporting systems.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data mapping.
• Experience in banking sector, preferably in a large bank.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior IT Analyst.
• Experience in large-scale programs with 300+ employees.
• Practical knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools.

• Document requirements as features and/or user stories
• Drive requirements from elicitation through documentation to handover to developers
• Work independently in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Analyze and understand complex systems and business processes
• Support onboarding and knowledge acquisition within the Core Banking program

Requirements:

• Proven experience with CDW and reporting
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data mapping
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably within a large bank
• 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
• Experience working in large-scale programs with approximately 300+ employees
• Practical knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools
• Ability to manage requirements independently from collection to development handover

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a Nordic bank
• Knowledge of reporting solutions and processes
• Experience working with Hadoop
