Job summary

DCG is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to clarify and translate complex banking and IT requirements for T24 and reporting solutions. You will work with business stakeholders, architects and developers to design end-to-end data flows and ensure alignment with target state.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data lineage, testing, and incident analysis, with a focus on modernization and production stability. Excellent English is required; this position is based in Poland.

Qualifications

• Strong requirements analysis skills.

• Proficiency in SQL and working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Understanding of end-to-end data flows, data lineage, reconciliation and reporting processes.
• Experience facilitating workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of deposits, accounts, balances, interest, fees, value dates, postings and transaction lifecycle.
• Experience creating source-to-target mappings and business data definitions.
• Ability to define acceptance criteria, test scenarios and expected results.
• Experience investigating production incidents and data discrepancies across multiple systems.
• Ability to work closely with Product Owners and developers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to manage cross-system issues and drive resolution
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments

Responsibilities

• Clarify, document and communicate functional and non-functional requirements for change initiatives
• Drive assigned initiatives with multiple stakeholders in line with the target state
• Analyse business needs, systems and data models to support solution design
• Translate business needs into requirements for T24 and reporting solutions
• Analyse end-to-end data flows across T24, integrations, data platforms and reporting systems
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers and reporting teams
• Identify upstream and downstream impacts of changes, including data lineage, reconciliation, controls and operational processes
• Support solution design by clarifying T24 product configuration, account events, transaction flows, interfaces and reporting requirements
• Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios covering standard and exception processing
• Investigate production incidents and data discrepancies across systems
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams throughout refinement and delivery
• Take ownership of cross-system issues until root cause, impact and resolution are identified
• Contribute to application modernization, simplification and innovation initiatives
• Ensure solutions meet scope, quality standards and delivery timelines
• Strengthen application robustness, scalability and production stability
• Provide guidance, facilitation, coaching and review within the area of responsibility
• Support agile collaboration across business, IT and external partners
