Job summary

DCG recruitment agency is seeking an Expert IT Analyst with T24/Transact to lead analysis on large banking programs. You will collect business requirements, document features and user stories, and drive requirements from elicitation through delivery to development teams.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and support migration from legacy systems to a modern banking platform, onboarding quickly and delivering value across the program.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with T24 / Transact.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong experience in the banking sector, preferably within large banking organizations.
• Professional knowledge of banking products.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst.
• Proven experience working in large-scale programs with approximately 300+ employees.
• Ability to work independently in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Ability to gather, document, and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
