DCG, a recruitment company, seeks a Junior IT Analyst to translate business needs into requirements and collaborate across business, IT and external partners. The role involves analytics, data modelling, and contributing to solution design within SAFe Agile contexts.

You will engage with stakeholders, ensure quality delivery, and help modernise the application portfolio while supporting reporting and data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Strong requirements analysis skills across functional and non-functional areas.
• Proficient business and data modelling capabilities.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture principles.
• SQL proficiency with large, complex datasets.
• Solid banking domain understanding.
• Ability to reason about complex system architecture and communication methods.
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence experience.

Junior IT Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements
• Drive requirements activities within change initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
• Apply business and data modelling to support solution design and software development
• Support downstream and reporting solutions working with large and complex datasets
• Facilitate collaboration across business, IT and external partners
• Provide technical and business insight for software development, decision proposals and studies
• Strengthen application robustness, scalability and quality in the production environment
• Ensure delivery according to agreed scope, standards, quality and timelines
• Collaborate with implementation teams in line with SAFe Agile practices
• Provide guidance, facilitation, coaching and review within the area
• Contribute to simplifying and modernising the application portfolio

Requirements:

• Strong requirements analysis skills, including functional and non-functional requirements
• Professional business and data modelling skills
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets
• Good business and banking domain knowledge
• Understanding of complex system architecture and communication methods
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to work with technical and business aspects
• Proven stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to self-organize, plan independently and adapt to change
• Proactive, creative and innovative approach

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a Nordic bank
• Knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem
• Experience with Snowflake
