Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to join our management team supporting core banking projects. You will collect and document requirements from business stakeholders, translate them into features or user stories, and drive handover to developers in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior IT Analyst, solid data governance and SQL experience, and a background in banking or large-scale programs with 300+ staff.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst.
• Banking sector experience, preferably in a large bank.
• Experience in large-scale programs with 300+ employees.

Responsibilities:

• Support onboarding and knowledge acquisition within the Core Banking program

Requirements:

• Proven experience with CDW and reporting
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data mapping
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably within a large bank
• 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
• Experience working in large-scale programs with approximately 300+ employees
• Practical knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools
• Ability to manage requirements independently from collection to development handover

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a Nordic bank
• Knowledge of reporting solutions and processes
• Experience working with Hadoop
