Job summary

Coursedog is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, highly customized implementations across our academic operations platform. You will own the end-to-end process from discovery to go-live, with autonomy and strategic influence.

Mentoring peers and driving process improvements are core parts of the role. You will work with Product, Engineering, Data, and Support teams to resolve complex integrations and ensure outcomes that transform institutions.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience leading software or SaaS system implementations in higher education or ed-tech.
• Advanced expertise in project management and implementation methodologies.
• Proven ability to forecast, mitigate risks, and manage resources.
• Strategic, consultative problem-solving and cross-functional influence.
• Strong mentorship and team development experience.
• Excellent communication across technical, product, business, and executive contexts.
• Experience with AI and automation in project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, complex implementations with autonomy across Coursedog's product suite.
• Own end-to-end project planning, forecasting timelines and resources, mitigating risks.
• Drive administrator and end-user training at scale for sustainable adoption.
• Mentor project coordinators and managers to build team capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data to resolve integration issues and drive improvements.
• Design and refine implementation processes and best practices for lasting value.
• Leverage AI in daily PM activities and test client use cases to improve efficiency.
• Strengthen client relationships by aligning solutions with strategic needs.
