Job summary

Constructor Labs in Poland seeks an experienced Product Manager to own the strategic roadmap for SaaS/AI-driven education products. You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to translate research insights into market-ready features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management for SaaS/EdTech/AI-driven products.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage products using data analysis and scientific methods.
• Expert knowledge of prioritization frameworks (RICE, WSJF) and outcome-driven roadmaps.
• Strong track record of writing high-quality PRDs and sprint management in Agile environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders and mentoring other PMs.
• Fluent English for technical communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a multi-year, outcome-based product roadmap.
• Lead market intelligence to track AI/EdTech trends and inform strategy.
• Own monetization and pricing for international markets.
• Lead data-driven product discovery and validate hypotheses with performance data.
• Partner with Leadership to provide data-backed insights and strategic recommendations.
• Mentor, grow, and scale a team of product managers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to balance technical and business trade-offs.
