PwC in Kraków is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Manager to lead HR operating model initiatives and HR SSC implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, and Procurement to drive transformations and actionable AI-driven HR insights.

The role requires 6+ years of consulting-backed HR experience, strong analytics, and fluent English. A hybrid work model in Poland with travel across Europe is offered, supporting professional growth and diverse

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in leading HR operating model setups or HR transformation projects.
• Experience in HR SSC set up.
• Strong functional HR experience coupled with a proven track record in consulting.
• Exceptional analytical skills with extensive experience in interpreting and utilizing HR data.
• Exposure to additional functions such as IT and Finance is a plus, although not a primary requirement.
• The ability to lead, adapt, and take ownership of complex tasks and problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage priorities and thrive under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, showcasing advanced consulting skills.
• Experience or practical exposure to applying generative AI, intelligent automation or analytics in HR transformation, including identifying relevant use cases and translating them into practical business solutions.
• Fluency in English and a readiness to travel within Europe and occasionally globally.

We are looking for: HR Transformation Manager

Your future role: Lead GBS HR Transformation initiatives by assessing current HR operating models, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing HR SSC. Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and client personnel, to drive successful HR transformations. Oversee the complete HR Transformation journey, from designing strategic HR operating models to executing comprehensive business transformations. Help clients assess opportunities to apply AI-enabled HR transformation. Analyze complex HR data to deliver actionable insights and recommend bespoke solutions to clients. Lead projects and workstreams beyond HR when business needs require it, applying your consulting and transformation experience across areas such as Finance, Procurement or Technology. Develop and deliver compelling proposals that address clients’ business needs. Invest in your professional growth through engaging in diverse projects and participating in a wide range of training and development opportunities.
